Lynedoch Development

Lynedoch Development asked for a brochure and logo for their Lynedoch Eco-Village project in Stellenbosch. Stand-out features were sustainability, as well as cost-effectiveness.

The village was situated just outside Stellenbosch. It was a farm workers' community centre and included a school. The architects (The lengths to which the architects (ARG Design of Observatory) went to astounding lengths in order to be environment-friendly and to recycle energy while keeping costs down.

The brochure was Aimed both both local and international interested parties, the brochure had to shout both "green" and "professional". We ditched the standard rectangular shape for a square shape. It was printed on recycled paper.

ARG Design Architects and Town Planners commissioned the project.

Kenridge Medical Centre

Situated near Durbanville in Cape Town, Kenridge Medical Centre consists of various healing disciplines under one roof. These disciplines vary from Western medicine to psychology to homeopathy, to form an holistic approach to healing.

Their greenish blue colour and curves were used to accentuate a 'natural, holistic' feel.

The logo represents the ultimate state of development, that of the butterfly.

Finsolnet financial software company

Bellville based IT company Finsolnet is an information management company. They asked us to design their prospectus during the mid-2000's.

We illustrated the networked nature of databases by creating spheres connected to each other much in the same way as the Web does. We kept colours light and neutral to accentuate the red of the logo and headers.

Riakona Recruitment (Placement Company)

Johannesburg based M-assignments CEO Mandy Gilder approached us for the corporate identity development of their new IT and financial services recruitment company Riakona. Part of that project was the design of their corporate profile.

Rode & Associates Property Consultants

Bellville based property researchers Rode & Associates needed a complete corporate identity overhaul, and as part of that project, we designed these brochures using their new corporate colours red and black, with elements of the new logo repeated as a pattern everywhere.

It was eye catching and prospective clients would certainly be attracted to every page of the brochure.
